Hi. I'm Erica. I'm glad you made it here. My clients describe me as warm, approachable, and curious. As is such, my therapeutic style is person-centered and rooted in relational psychotherapy. Over the years I have found that the connection between therapist and client is paramount to healing. I embody a holistic approach, addressing the emotional, physical, cognitive, and spiritual needs of my clients. Although I maintain a general practice, my specialty is working with older adults and their families, with a particular interest in supporting caregivers. I have a decade of experience supporting those with chronic illness, progressive diseases, dementia, grief and loss, depression, and anxiety. My other specialty is working with young adults, those who identify as "Quarterlifers", Millennials, and Gen Z. I have found this life stage to be most unpredictable, making the adjustment to adulthood an opportune time for mental health support. It is my pleasure to help you to explore both the challenges and joys that fill your life.
